What Vibestruct collects, why, and what happens to it. Written in plain language because a privacy policy nobody reads protects nobody.
Who we are

What we collect
When you run a free readiness scan
- The web address or repository link you submit
- Which AI tool you say you built with
- Your email address, if you give us one — it is optional for the scan itself
- Your confirmation that you own the app or have permission to have it scanned
The scan then fetches that address the same way any visitor’s browser would: it reads the public page and the files the page loads. It does not attempt to sign in, does not try to get past any access control, and does not change anything on your app. We keep the scan result so that we can send you the full report and so an engineer can review it.
When you send us an enquiry
Your email address, the link you provide, whatever you write in the message, and the scan result it relates to if there is one. We use it to reply to you and to scope the work. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
When you just read the site
Our host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. The site itself sets no tracking cookies and embeds no advertising or social trackers. If we later add analytics, this page will say which and you will be asked where the law requires it.
Who else sees it
- Our hosting provider, which serves the site and runs the scan endpoint.
- Our form provider, which delivers enquiry submissions to our inbox.
- The engineer assigned to your project, once you engage us and only as far as the work requires.
- Our payment provider, if you become a client. Card details go to them and never to us — we never see or store them.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Scan results and enquiries are kept while they are useful for following up, and for our own records of work quoted and done. If you want yours deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to how we use it. Ask at info@vibestruct.co and we will respond — there is no form and no process to navigate. You can also complain to your national data protection authority — in Slovakia that is the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky.
Scanning apps you do not own
We ask you to confirm ownership or permission before a scan runs, and we take that seriously. If you believe someone has scanned an application they had no right to scan, tell us at info@vibestruct.co and we will look into it.
Changes
If this changes materially, the date at the top changes and, if you are a client, we tell you.
