The production layer for AI-built software

Your AI-built app works.Now make it production-ready.

AI makes building an MVP ridiculously fast. Making that MVP secure, reliable and ready for real users is another problem.

Vibestruct analyzes your AI-built application, identifies the production risks and connects you with engineers trained specifically to fix them.

How It Works

No sales call. No commitment. Get your production-readiness score first.

Free production-readiness scan

Start with your app’s address

Takes about a minute. Nothing is installed and nothing is changed.

  • A score out of 100
  • A prioritized list of what blocks launch
  • An estimated remediation range

Works with apps built using

LovableBoltv0 ReplitCursor GitHub repos

AI made software creation faster. It did not make production engineering disappear.

AI coding tools are genuinely excellent at getting you from zero to a working prototype. That part is solved.

What they are not designed to do is everything that starts the moment a real person signs up with a real email address and a real card.

Vibestruct specializes in exactly that transition.

How production-ready is your AI-built app?

Give us the address of your deployed app or a public repo. We read it from the outside and come back with a production-readiness score and a prioritized list of what is blocking launch.

  • Nothing is installed and nothing is changed
  • No repo access required for a deployed app
  • No sales call, no commitment, no card

Takes about a minute. You get the score on screen.

What we submit to

A deployed URLAnything live: a Lovable or Bolt publish link, a Vercel or Netlify domain, your own domain.
A GitHub repositoryPublic repos can be pointed at directly. Private repos are reviewed by an engineer in the paid stage rather than scanned.
Whatever you built it withLovable, Bolt, v0, Replit, Cursor, or a mix of all of them and some hand-written code.

The scan is external only — it sees what any visitor's browser can see. Deeper problems come out of the engineer review in the paid stage.

What it would take to fix

$2,400 – $3,600

Estimated production work on this example, based on three security issues, authentication remediation, database setup, webhook verification and deployment configuration.

An estimate, not a quote. The real number depends on the size and complexity of the application, and the scope is agreed in writing before anything starts.

Why a diagnostic first

Nobody can price engineering work on an application they have not looked at. The scan replaces the discovery call: you see the problems, you see the range, and you decide from there — before anyone asks you for money or a meeting.

How it works

One managed path from prototype to production. You can stop after any stage.

Scan

Submit your AI-built app. The free readiness scan reads it from the outside and scores it.

Diagnose

We identify what is blocking production — security, authentication, data, payments, deployment — and rank it by what would hurt first.

Scope

You get a remediation plan with defined deliverables and a price, in writing, before you commit to anything.

Fix

Vibestruct assigns a certified AI-production engineer and manages the delivery. You approve the work before the engineer is paid.

Launch

Ship, then keep production healthy with ongoing care — updates, monitoring, security fixes and small improvements.

How payment works

  1. You approve the defined scope.
  2. Payment is secured through the platform, not paid out yet.
  3. Your engineer completes the agreed deliverables.
  4. You approve the work.
  5. The engineer gets paid.

Held with Stripe Connect. You are never asked to pay an engineer directly, and money only moves when you say the deliverables are done.

You don’t need another developer marketplace.

You need someone who already knows what AI-generated code looks like when it meets production — and who owns the outcome instead of handing you a shortlist.

We diagnose first

The work starts from evidence about your actual application, not a scoping call and a guess.

We scope it

Defined deliverables and a price in writing, so you are never buying open-ended hours.

We assign the engineer

You don’t browse profiles or run interviews. We match the work to someone who has done it before.

We manage delivery

One counterpart from scan to launch, and payment that only releases once you approve the work.

Who does the work

Certified AI-production engineers

Plenty of engineers can code. Far fewer are good at walking into an unfamiliar, AI-generated codebase, working out what it is actually doing, and making it safe without breaking the thing the founder already sold.

So that is what we assess for.

How engineers are assessed

The assessment

GitHub screeningReal work, read before anyone gets a call.
Technical assessmentOn the production problems this work actually involves, not puzzle questions.
An intentionally flawed AI-generated appWe hand over a prototype with the failures we see in the wild and watch what gets found, in what order.
Architecture and debugging reviewCan they explain the blast radius of a problem, not just patch the symptom?
Founder empathyCan they explain a serious risk to a non-technical founder without condescension or drama?
Probationary production auditFirst real engagement is reviewed by us before it reaches you.

We don’t just test whether engineers can code. We test whether they can clean up AI-generated code and ship it safely. “Certified” here means our own internal standard, not an industry credential — it carries weight because we stake our delivery on it.

From AI prototype to production

Example

A worked illustration on the same invented application, showing what changes between the first scan and the handoff. Demo data — not a customer.

Before · AI-built MVP
58/ 100
  • 3 security issues, including keys in the front-end bundle
  • Authentication decided in the browser
  • Production database configuration missing
  • Payment success not verified server-side
  • No staging environment
After · production-ready
94/ 100
  • Secrets moved server-side and rotated
  • Authentication hardened and enforced on the server
  • Production database configured with access rules
  • Stripe webhooks verified
  • Staging and production separated
  • Production deployment and monitoring enabled

A score is a summary of external checks, not a certificate. What we commit to is the deliverables in your scope — re-run against the same checks so you can see the difference.

Pricing

Priced by outcome, not by the hour. Every engagement starts from a readiness assessment, so you know what you are buying before you buy it.

Why “starting at” rather than a flat price. Production work scales with the application — how much of it there is, how much of it is load-bearing, and how much has to keep working while it changes.

What you get instead of a fixed universal price is a defined scope: the specific deliverables drawn from your readiness assessment, agreed in writing, at a price fixed before the work starts. If the scope changes mid-project, we agree that in writing too.

Vibestruct is early. We would rather show you an honest example of the format than invent customers, logos or numbers — so here is the shape a case study takes, and the real ones land here as clients agree to be named.

What we will publish here

Every real case study on this page will carry the same fields, with the founder’s agreement and in their own words:

  • The product and what it does
  • Which AI tool built it
  • The starting readiness score
  • The main production problems found
  • What Vibestruct actually fixed
  • Time to production
  • The outcome, stated by the founder
  • A quote we did not write for them

Until a real client agrees to that, this page stays honest and a bit empty. If you would rather talk to someone who has done this work than read a testimonial, ask us and we will arrange it.

Questions founders ask

I built my app with Lovable. Can you work with it?

Yes. Vibestruct is built specifically around AI-generated applications, and works with the common AI development workflows — Lovable, Bolt, v0, Replit, Cursor, and the hand-rolled combinations of them that most real projects turn into. What matters is the application, not which tool typed it.

Do I need a technical cofounder first?

No. Vibestruct exists for founders who need production engineering without hiring a full technical team yet. You don’t need to understand the findings to act on them — explaining them plainly is part of the job, and we would rather you came back with questions than nodded along.

Do you rewrite the whole application?

No. The goal is to preserve what already works and fix the production-critical problems first — your prototype is proof that people want the thing, and throwing it away throws that away too. Occasionally a rewrite of one part is the honest recommendation. If it is, we say so before you have spent anything.

How much does it cost?

It depends on scope, which is why the diagnostic comes first and costs nothing. The scan comes back with an estimated remediation range based on what was actually found in your app. From there you get defined deliverables and a fixed price in writing before any work starts.

Can you guarantee my app will be production-ready?

Not as a blanket promise, and be careful with anyone who makes one. Readiness depends on the application, the scope you agree, and how the product changes after you launch. What we commit to is specific: the deliverables in your scope, completed and re-checked, with the before and after in front of you. Security is a practice, not a certificate.

Who actually does the work?

Certified AI-production engineers from the Vibestruct network — engineers assessed specifically on their ability to clean up AI-generated code and ship it safely. Vibestruct scopes the work, assigns the engineer, and manages delivery. You deal with us, not with a shortlist. How engineers are assessed.

What can the free scan actually see?

It reads your live application the way any visitor’s browser can: the page, the front-end bundle, publicly reachable endpoints and obvious configuration. That catches a lot — exposed keys, browser-side auth, openly readable database tables, unverified payments. It cannot see your server code, your private repo, or anything behind a login. Those come out of the engineer review in the paid stage, which is why the scan produces an estimate rather than a quote.

Is my code or data safe with you?

The free scan only fetches what is already public and does not change anything. We ask you to confirm you own the app before it runs. For paid work, access is granted by you, scoped to what the job needs, and revoked at handoff. If you would like specific terms in writing before you share anything, ask.

Your MVP is built. Don’t let production be the thing that stops you.

Scan your AI-built app, see what’s blocking launch and get a clear path to production.

No call. No commitment.
